Community Awareness Coordinator - headspace Taringa

In this newly created role you will work to increase community awareness of mental illness among young people, facilitate client participation, organize and deliver health promotion activities and special events to engage identified target populations and organisations and will ensure that accessible information is provided to young people, their families and the local community to increase the capacity of young people to connect with appropriate health and well-being support.

Complex Case Manager - Choose Change (Maryborough)

As a Complex Case Manager reporting directly to the Manager - Choose Change, you will deliver high level consultation and direct care co-ordination for people who experience complex lives; who live with a disability and may also experience severe and persistent mental illness in Maryborough region.

You will ensure that services accessed by program participants are coordinated, integrated and complementary to other services in the community.

Practice Coordinator - headspace Taringa

The Practice Coordinator will work under the direction of the headspace Practice Manager and will be responsible for the coordination of all administration functions at the headspace centres. The focus of this role is to ensure that day to day delivery of administration services to young people, core staff and the multi-disciplinary team of practitioners are of a high quality standard.
