If you are successful in progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process, we may contact you by telephone to discuss your application and learn more about your motivation for applying for the vacancy.
The next stage of our recruitment process is a face to face interview which may include case studies. This is how we assess your suitability for the vacancy. Interviewers will ask you questions to learn about your experience, skills and abilities. The interview is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role and Open Minds. Depending on the level of the role, you may be asked to attend a second interview.
When we invite you to an interview, we will ask you to bring personal documentation relevant to the vacancy and your work rights. This may include for example a valid Australian driving licence and Blue and Yellow Cards. All of the information you provide is treated confidentially.
As part of our recruitment and selection process, you may be asked to complete psychometric assessments.
You will be asked to provide contact details of at least two work referees that can confirm your experience and comment on your performance such as someone that you reported in a team leader or manager position. Your consent will be sought prior to us making contact with your referees.
If successful, you will receive a verbal offer. Upon acceptance of this offer, you will be sent an employment contract and other important information and forms that we ask you to complete and return to us on acceptance of our offer of employment. This information will help us make your first day a great day!
